We Check Your Benefits

Before your first appointment, we verify your insurance benefits and send you an email with an estimate of your coverage and fees.

We Bill Directly

We bill the insurance company directly for you — no added paperwork on your end. Just focus on your care.

Easy Payment

Payments can be made via cash, check, HSA/FSA/HRA, debit, or credit cards. Payment is due at time of session.

Self-Pay / Sliding Scale

If you prefer to self-pay instead of using insurance coverage, please inquire about this option prior to your first session. A sliding scale may be available.

It is always great to be aware of your specific plan details such as co-payments, co-insurance, individual and family deductibles, as well as when your plan renews or if there are any job/employer coverage changes.
