Before your first appointment, we verify your insurance benefits and send you an email with an estimate of your coverage and fees.

We bill the insurance company directly for you — no added paperwork on your end. Just focus on your care.

Payments can be made via cash, check, HSA/FSA/HRA, debit, or credit cards. Payment is due at time of session.
We are an In Network provider for the following insurance plans:
We are also In Network with many Employee Assistance Programs. You must contact your EAP provider directly to utilize those benefits.
If you prefer to self-pay instead of using insurance coverage, please inquire about this option prior to your first session. A sliding scale may be available.
Please note: While we do our best effort to get current and accurate information, we cannot guarantee coverage and always recommend contacting your insurance directly with any questions. It is always great to be aware of your specific plan details such as co-payments, co-insurance, individual and family deductibles, as well as when your plan renews or if there are any job/employer coverage changes.
